The project was designed to accommodate the expansion of the township in phases. The plots are sized from 120 sq.yds to 450 sq yds and cover about 50% of the total site area including a housing scheme. Other facilities include nursery, primary school, temple, health center, substation and sewage treatment plants. About 3% of the site area is dedicated to commercial plots and MLU’s. 6% of the area is dedicated towards green spaces and about 35% remains open for circulation.
